Aging
The biology of aging. Two things here are well supported: cellular NAD+ (an energy and repair molecule) declines with age, and treating aging as a modifiable process — targeting the shared drivers of age-related disease rather than one disease at a time — is a serious mainstream research program, not just hype. What remains unproven is whether any currently available intervention actually extends healthy human lifespan.

The 2 claims about Aging
Each keeps its own verdict — we never average them away.
Is ageing a treatable disease?
Strong support A viewpoint some researchers argue, not a proven fact — and only tested in cells and animals so far.
Does NAD+, a key cellular energy molecule, fall with age?
Strong support Yes, agreed across many labs, though it's an observed link and the human drop varies by tissue.
